Divine Attention: Feed Your Soul at Kripalu
Would you like to be more consistently calm in every interaction of your life? I will put together some steady asana sequencing and truthful dialogue in this weekend of honesty, nourishment, and healing. Practice both active and restorative asana practices, healing meditations, mudra, mantra, and silence. We will also explore simple, specific Handel Method™ coaching tools to create consistent calm in your life, including ways to forgive yourself and others.
Each class we will have a short discussion, then asana, and we'll have an evening lecture on crafting your dreams to crystallize the teachings. Nourish your entire being, design your own personal practices, release limitations from your mind and heart, and fearlessly shift into trust. For all levels; at least 1 year of yoga practice suggested.

Honoured to be back; having been at Wanderlust since its inception, I am thrilled to report that this will be the best Wanderlust yet. On the Wednesday evening preceding the weekend, I have the privilege of co-teaching class with Schuyler Grant, owner of Kula Yoga Project and co-founder of Wanderlust, to celebrate both our studios' 10 year anniversary in NYC!
