Hello Elena,

Your man is definitely right, we should always choose to see the light behind the veil of the emotional layers, not only in ourself but within everyone. Quite a work, isn't it? but our personal practice, both our self effort and Grace make an amazing work.
Thank you for this page:)

Namaste.

As a blogger myself I often wonder how much to share. And I have found that my most open and honest posts are the most commented on shared amongst the blogosphere. Also, I do feel incredible free once opening up to others in such a vulnerable way. Vulnerable is the new strong right? lol.

I agree, NOT sharing was keeping all that experience, all those tough lessons inside. Gotta share and help others. Thank you for reminding me!

I've noticed the same thing. When I do bring myself to the mat I do feel better, communicate better and feel internally compassionate.

You are glowing in this video BTW!! Rock on!

I wish that I had the words to convey how this absolutely blew my mind and opened my heart! Thank you so much for sharing, for being so real, so raw and for putting it out there.
I have never been so inspired, ever.

Thank you <3

It is life/mind-healing/heart-opening and confirming to find oneself to be reminded of how my greatest area in need, what must be addressed always is the only one it seems to baffle me! Not just mistaken and misunderstood, so very misrepresented and inwardly bitter is the last matter I want to result. Thank you. As usual, even if I am not looking or wanting to, the universe (persay) and those working therein, find me. This is a wonderful way to begin a year of grateful living, another coincidental self ascribed, determination and focus I listed for my most important task and now, I have all like yourself Elena to guide, enlighten an encourage me! A little bit lighter in thought when it no longer seems like a one-woman job and a one person deficit!! Not such a deviant, rare or shame inflicted secret after all? Good to be human!

The words, "To have the privilege of truly designing my life" remind of the sacredness of this life and our moment to moment unfolding. Honoring and accepting ourselves, (all sides of ourselves) is rarely "written" in our life design but comes with the territory when we're truly taking the time to design. Thank you for this post. I will come back to it often.

Cheers,
Diane
