[...] All of the aforementioned “practices” are boundaries of a sort. All require observation, a crucial boundary. We must be watching if we are to make progress in our process. We have to be able to SEE what it is that isn’t serving us. When we think we will fail, we do. And to change that pattern, we must first observe that our thoughts are leaning toward failure. Then we can create the conditions for a shift from doubt to gratitude. [...]

Hi sweet Elena,
Thanks for coming back here. I love the purity and authenticity of this forum. Huff Post is so distracting sometimes, although I'd go there for you!
I had the privilege of having the Loops class for the second time, and it was much easier to grasp the beautiful subtleties and make them useful this time around. I utilise the skull and shoulder loops all day long now. A great way to keep tension out of neck area(who doesn't need that?!)
Many blessings on your global (ad)ventures.
I know I speak for more than myself in wanting you exclusively here in NY. But with great love and respect for your Seva, I await with a huge open heart for your return.
XO Rita
