I just want to say Thank You so much for speaking so honestly and courageously – for tapping that raw nerve in me – and for contributing to the better self in all of us. I walked out of Yoga Shanti the night of your Chakra workshop feeling as if you spoke those words to me alone. I am a relative newcomer to yoga and you brought my practice to a new and unexplored place. And for this I am grateful.—
You’re free!! ha ha! fantastic! You look it too! You radiate. beautiful. love it. And so true. I have recently found the keys to open the doors that held me captive for so long. I am becoming free too! And it is the best feeling ever. And it has every thing to do with love and heart. wow!

Wow Elena. This made my eyes water. you speak the truth!! Thank you for being a light of truth in my life. I have been working my but off to be honest and stop doing the things that cover my light, like drinking. My family exspecially my husband is having a hard time watching me change. I try telling him that im not changing I am just not hidding myself being walls, like eating disorder.
