WOW!! Elena…Thank-u! I too feel like I am unwinding all of the harshness that I have created…and it comes on the heels of a loss that I didn’t ever expect to happen…it is nice to see that we are all human…I have those moments w/ my daughter and I feel so much guilt when I do this type of thing w/ her…I find her apologizing all the time when she doesn’t need too!
So, again…thank-u for sharing ur journey!

Elena– I just watched this video and laughed so hard I cried. Absolutely priceless. My favorite part was definitely savasana. Jonah is so vibrant and full of life. Our kids are such a great reminder not to take asana so seriously. lots of love, carey
